These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LeadCrawlr Chrome extension and the leadcrawlr.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by LeadCrawlr ("we", "us"). By purchasing, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
LeadCrawlr is a Chrome extension that reads publicly visible business listings on Google Maps pages you actively browse, and evaluates the associated business websites against a set of technical scoring criteria (such as page speed signals, mobile responsiveness, and use of HTTPS). It extracts publicly displayed information (business name, website, phone number, address, and Google rating where shown) and lets you export it to Excel or HTML.
The Service is a productivity and automation tool. It accesses only information that is already publicly available and visible to any person who manually browses Google Maps and searches for a business category in a given location. LeadCrawlr does not access private, hidden, or restricted data, and does not bypass any login, paywall, or access control. In effect, it automates a task that any user could perform manually by browsing Google Maps themselves.
You agree to use LeadCrawlr responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws, including:
Website scores, ratings, and extracted contact details are generated automatically based on publicly available information at the time of scanning. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of this data. Business websites and Google Maps listings change frequently, and LeadCrawlr's scoring is a heuristic tool, not a certified audit.
The LeadCrawlr extension, website, branding, and underlying code are the property of LeadCrawlr. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the extension without our written permission. Data you extract about third-party businesses remains subject to any rights those businesses or Google may hold in that information — LeadCrawlr claims no ownership over scraped business data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadCrawlr, its owners, and operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost business, loss of data, reputational harm, legal claims from third parties, or any business decisions made based on lead scores, extracted data, or exported files — regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for your license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You are solely and fully responsible for how you use LeadCrawlr and any data you extract, export, or act upon. This includes, without limitation:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeadCrawlr, its owners, and operators from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) your use of any data extracted through the Service. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; your subscription will remain active until it lapses or is cancelled through Gumroad.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
LeadCrawlr is offered globally to users in many countries. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which LeadCrawlr operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Because you may access the Service from anywhere in the world, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service — and of any data you extract — complies with all laws applicable in your own country, region, and jurisdiction. Laws regarding data collection, privacy, marketing, and automated access to websites differ from country to country. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection law in your own jurisdiction, that mandatory local law will apply to the minimum extent required, and the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any right you may have under mandatory laws in your jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded.
